The above fees are exempted from Belgian VAT according to art. 44, par. 2,4° of the VAT code.

  1. Conference registration includes: participation in all sessions on 7,8 & 9 September / receipt of conference materials / coffee breaks and lunch on 7,8 & 9 September / participation in the Congress dinner.
  2. Maximum age for free student entrance: 24 years old. A copy of your student card will be required to confirm the student status. If this proof is not received together with the registration form, the non-member registration rate will be applied. Students cannot participate in the Congress dinner.
  3. An accompanying person is a spouse/significant other or friend not in a professional-related occupation. Colleagues or associates may not use the accompanying person registration. This registration includes a special programme with Tourism Antwerp, a ticket for public transport and access to the Gala dinner.
  4. (Oral/Poster) Presenters of an accepted abstract must register before 31 May. If not registered by this date, your presentation will not be scheduled in the ISWA 2015 programme.
  5. For ease of processing, please indicate clearly the name of the participant and the conference ISWA2015 Congress in all your remittances. Please note that all bank charges should be paid by the participant.

Registrations on-site can be paid by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cash in EUR. It will no longer be possible to book for any technical tours or for the gala dinner on-site.

Confirmation of registration

A confirmation of registration will be sent to each participant, together with an invoice/receipt. Approximately 2 weeks before the start of the congress each confirmed participant will receive an e-mail with final practical information.

Terms and conditions

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing/by email to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations of confirmed registrations are subject to a charge of 100 EUR (excl. vat) per participant provided the cancellation is received by 31 July 2015. After this date the conference organisers regret that they are unable to refund any fees. Replacements of confirmed registrations are permitted.
